Identifying what made some experiences truly special, Jan decided to open her own spa and bring those experiences to other women. Pampering them in the way that she had always enjoyed being pampered.

Jan's fully equipped spa in Newmarket is home-based to ensure an intimate experience for her clients whether they visit her alone for a soothing and rejuvenating treatment or come with a friend for a girl's outing.

Jan has personally researched a number of quality spa product lines and selects the best products for clients of Hands*Feet*Etcetera. Carefully considering their individual needs and preferences, Jan's attention to detail ensures the spa experience is satisfying and unique for each woman.

Keeping current with industry trends through research, courses and seminars, Jan holds a Diploma in Pedicures and Manicures and Certificates in Hot Stone Massage, Facial Theory and Analysis and Full Facial Practicum.

When not pampering her clients, Jan's hands are typically filled with either knitting needles or a crochet hook. Her hand crafted gifts are eagerly awaited by her family as coveted Christmas or birthday gifts. After many requests from her clients, Jan has now added a small boutique line to her spa services so that her clients can purchase unique, handmade gifts for their friends and family.
